How to log into the DirectAdmin control panel
Using the DirectAdmin control panel you can create and manage your email accounts, email forwarders, out of office replies, databases, FTP access, password protected directories, sub domains, additional websites and so much more.
To log in go to:
http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com:2222
OR
http://www.YOURDOMAIN.com/config
Either URL will open the control panel.
Your user name and password will have been sent to you in a welcome email when you joined.
Note that your DirectAdmin username and password is NOT the same as that used to log into this support portal.
If you have forgotten your username and/or password
Follow these steps to find your original password or to enter a new password:
- Log into this support portal by clicking the log in link above.
(You can use the forgotten password option on the log in page if you have forgotten your support portal log in, which is not the same as your control panel log in) - Click "My Products & Services" from the menu on the left.
- Click on the details icon ( ) next to the product or service you have lost your password for.
This should display a page that shows the original password we sent you when you joined. If you have changed this password since you joined or would like to set a new password then use the change password feature to create a new password.
